The following Terms & Conditions apply when ordering /purchasing products from and transacting with Asyanna.
1 Product Quality
Please note that many items being sold by Asyanna are hand-crafted and therefore carry unique characteristics that may not be found in another item of similar product category. The product that is shipped to you may vary slightly in color and pattern than the one you can see on our website. This variation in color and pattern is characteristic of hand-made items and adds to each product’s natural beauty.
2 Payment terms
At this point, we can only accept payment through direct bank transfer/deposit and Pay Pal. All purchases must be fully paid prior to shipment. We encourage group or bulk purchase to save on shipping costs.
3 Special orders

. Our team/partners will be glad to discuss your specific requirements with you. To do so, please send us as many information as possible (sketches, dimensions, raw material, shape, budget etc.), so that we can confirm with you the feasibility of your project and propose a schedule. Please note that there is a minimum order amount of $200 for customized items (without the shipping cost). We may also ask you for a deposit when placing a special order and then pay the balance of the payment prior to the shipment of the order.
4 Products availability
We try our best to update stock availability frequently on our web site. However there may be occasional times when items are out of stock due to their handcrafted nature. We therefore encourage you to plan /order ahead of time for your specific requirements particularly if items are out or running out of stock.
We always strive hard to ensure the website will give accurate information at all times but we reserve the right to revoke or correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions which may unintentionally appear in the website (including after an order has been submitted). Availability of products on the website is subject to change without prior notice.
5 Price / Price Changes
All prices are in US Dollars and are updated at the time of editing; however they may be amended due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be advised of any price changes before an order is processed.
Buyers from the Philippines can pay in Philippine Pesos. Please apply current foreign exchange rate to determine Philippine Peso equivalent.
6 Return policy
For all purchases, the following return policy applies:
Refund or exchange requests are only accepted in the following cases:
(i) You have received an incorrect product; i.e. the product you received is a different product with a different item number than the one you have ordered.
(ii) The product you received is significantly different than that advertised online (please read No. 1 above for product quality advice).
7 Shipping policy
Freight charges are under the account of buyers and are not included in the prices of the goods/products advertised in this website. Asyanna uses 3rd parties in shipping your goods. We do not make any profit on shipment costs and thrives to provide you with the best prices and services. We, however, strictly require that you purchase shipping insurance for better coverage and more peace of mind as most courier companies have limits in liabilities (i.e. up to maximum of $100/shipment or $20/kg. only). For details on shipping terms & conditions, please consult your favorite carrier. You may also opt to pay freight charges directly by using an import account or transport-collect term (receiver pays) with your chosen carrier.
When you buy our products online, products are shipped directly from Cambodia/Philippines/Vietnam/Laos/Bangladesh/Nepal to your country. Please give complete information as to your intended address including contact name & tel. no. of receiving party/staff in case you will not be around to receive your good. Please also note that Asyanna /courier company has no control over customs regulations in your country and you are therefore advised to check first with your government authorities about entry of specific items. Items that are already sold and shipped out are considered sold and cannot be returned/ reimbursed anymore if the reason is non-clearance in customs or tax/duty payments.
Shipments over 200-kg may be sent by sea freight. Delivery is Port to port (CIF). Additional charges may be added at destination for customs and transportation from the port to your place. These charges will be borne by you. Please contact your freight forwarder for their rates and conditions of carriage.
8 Export regulations
Some items (i.e. sculptures, artistic works) require specific paperworks or export permit from the governments of Cambodia/Philippines/Vietnam/Laos/Bangladesh/Nepal. Cost of acquiring these permits or paperworks are also under the account of the buyer. We or your chosen carrier will advice you accordingly for export requirements that may apply to your orders.
9 Customs and Sale Tax
At the final destination and according to the Buyer's residential country, the delivery can be subject to local import tax, custom clearance, and / or port to door delivery service. Those charges shall be born by the Buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
10 Time required for delivery
Delivery date may vary according to stock availability, product characteristics, customs regulations and any other factor/s caused by a 3rd party. Asyanna shall not be responsible for any delay or damage caused by related or 3rd party such as freight forwarder, customs etc. Items coming from the Philippines shall be processed and delivered according to the following timeframe (provided stocks are readily available and there are no shipping issues):
Shipment under 60 kg and via air/express mode: 7 to 10 working days.
Shipment over 60 kg and via ocean mode: 2 to 4 months.
The given estimated delivery date for the ordered product cannot always be guaranteed. The Buyer agrees that any delay in the delivery shall not be the cause for the rejection of the product. The seller cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience resulting from the delay in the delivery of the order. In the delivery process of hand-made products, there are numerous factors beyond Asyanna's control, which can cause delay, sometimes exceeding 30 days. Moreover, products to be sourced out from places outside the Philippines (i.e. Cambodia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam, etc.) may require longer time of processing.
11 Order Cancellations
Within two business days from the date of order and payment, the Buyer is still entitled to cancel his order. The cancellation shall be sent by email to

. Upon receiving the email, Asyanna will confirm its approval and start the reimbursing procedure (provided payment has been made already). In that case, Asyanna commits itself to reimburse 80% of deposit. This amount does not include any bank or transfer charges. After two business days from the order and payment day, cancellation of order can no longer be accepted.
12 Partial deliveries
The Buyer also agrees with partial delivery of the order if by any reason the Seller cannot provide all products ordered, unless specially agreed to in writing by both parties.
13 Insurance
Depending on your carrier, the insurance cost is normally 1.5% of the value of your goods, with a minimum cost of USD 10. This insurance covers the replacement and the transport of every defective item: broken/damaged, lost, etc. Purchase of shipping insurance is strictly required by Asyanna for buyers’ protection (insurance conditions apply).
14 Damaged or defective items - Return (under T&C of your chosen carrier)
Please consult your carrier for their T&C on damaged items. To guarantee the Buyer' satisfaction, great care and effort are taken by the seller. However occasionally, some product may still be damaged during their transportation. In that case, be kind enough to keep all damaged items and original packaging as an inspection may be required by your carrier in order for them to process your claims. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to report any damage/ defect within seven business days of the date of delivery reception. In order to help you start processing your damage report, we need you to email us your return/refund request and the reason for your product return along with digital photos of the defective merchandise to help the courier company assess the damage incurred. When digital photos are received for your damaged shipment, we will help file an insurance claim with the shipping company. Because this process is time-consuming, it may take up to 4-5 weeks to process your refund request.
Results of investigation are subject to shipping insurance regulations. Shipping company may proceed with replacement of damaged/lost goods (in cooperation with Asyanna) provided that all conditions for replacement have been complied with. If Asyanna may be unable to supply a replacement due to product unavailability, a proper credit will be issued to you by your carrier (if approved by their insurer).
15 Trademarks & Copyright:
Use of our trademark or copy of our product will be subject to law pursuit. Asyanna works with and supports other organizations/craftmakers/artists and some products that we are selling are made by partner organizations, craftstmen and artists.
16 Governing Law:
The present sales conditions shall be governed, constructed and interpreted by, though and under prevailing laws of origin countries of goods.
